Dr. Thomson has a focus in liver and digestive health, thyroid and hormonal health, stress resilience, burn out and fatigue—areas that are often deeply interconnected, especially during the perimenopausal years. She has a particular passion for supporting women through the complex transition of perimenopause, a time when many feel dismissed, misunderstood, or told that their symptoms are “just part of getting older.” She believes this phase of life is not something to endure, but an opportunity to recalibrate health, energy, and self-trust.
