Refund Policy

Non-refundable Fees: The fees paid by practitioners for the receipt of user contact information are non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund: Practitioners may request a refund by writing to [email protected], stating the reason for the refund request. Refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of HealthBuddha in exceptional circumstances, which will be clearly defined by HealthBuddha and communicated to practitioners.

This addendum modifies and becomes part of the Terms of Use for practitioners listed on HealthBuddha. By continuing to use our services on or after May 8th, 2024, you agree to adhere to the revised Terms of Use. Please contact us with any questions regarding this addendum.
