With over 15 years of experience as a Naturopathic Doctor, I’ve guided thousands of women through the challenges of hormonal, mood, and body changes brought on by aging, stressful lifestyles, PMS, fertility struggles, and perimenopause.
As a busy health professional and single mother who has faced my own hormonal and life challenges, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle everything while trying to prioritize your health. That’s why I’ve become deeply committed to finding the simplest and most effective path forward to help you achieve lasting results—no matter how exhausted or stuck you may feel.
To make this journey easier, I’ve developed my unique 4-step system, called the SolMethodology, which focuses on unlocking the power of your body systems, hormones, and mindset to create sustainable, transformative change.
