Dr. Olivia is a passionate advocate for women’s cardiometabolic and hormonal health, on a mission to remove heart disease from its place as the leading cause of death in women. With over 20 years of experience as a cardiac nurse and as a licensed naturopathic doctor, she blends the best of conventional and naturopathic approaches to deliver personalized, evidence-based integrative care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Olivia is a speaker and educator. She regularly lectures to students, naturopathic doctors, and other healthcare professionals on cardiovascular health and has been featured on podcasts and panels discussing women’s heart and hormone health. She also engages with her local community through wellness events and educational talks, empowering women with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their health.
