Dr. Cecilia de Martino ND

Dr. Cecilia de Martino, ND was born in Montreal and was fortunate to have lived in the Philippines and Germany. While in Germany she became fluent in German and her frequent visits to family in Italy allowed her to master the Italian language as well. Once back in Canada, she completed her high school diploma in Cambridge and then obtained her Bachelor of Science in Technology in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Guelph. After having worked in the lab of pharmaceutical companies she realized this wasn’t the path for her. She knew she wanted to be in health care and after seeing how naturopathic medicine helped her mother when no other doctor could, she was intrigued.

Currently, Dr. de Martino, ND is a registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Her interests include, but are not limited to:

• women’s health,
• hormone balancing,
• nutrition and digestion optimization,
• weight management,
• immune system strengthening,
• sleep restoration and
• detoxification.

Dr. de Martino, ND has training in Bio-identical Hormones and is a certified Metabolic Balance practitioner. This is a fantastic weight loss program that utilizes blood work and body composition to generate a customized meal plan.
