Hi, I’m Dr. Dayna Blake-Campbell, ND. I hold a medical degree and later pursued training in naturopathic medicine, bringing both perspectives to my approach to women’s health.
I’m passionate about helping women better understand their bodies and the factors that influence their hormones, metabolism, fertility, and overall well-being. I believe that women deserve more than simply being told that their symptoms are “normal” or something they just have to live with. Understanding the why behind what you’re experiencing can be an important part of creating meaningful change.
My approach is evidence-based, individualized, and practical. I look at the bigger picture—including nutrition, lifestyle, metabolic health, stress, and hormonal patterns—to help identify factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and develop realistic strategies that fit your life.
Whether you’re struggling with irregular cycles, PCOS, metabolic health, fertility, hormonal changes, or simply don’t feel like yourself, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and more confident in your health decisions.
I believe healthcare should be collaborative. My role is not only to provide recommendations, but to educate and work alongside you so that you understand your health and feel empowered to take an active role in your care.
