Dr. Hyun Jung Oh ND

Dedicated to helping women in midlife optimize their health through the menopausal transition so they can reclaim their energy, mental clarity and restful sleep.

Dr. Hyun Jung (Katie) Oh is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in women’s health, especially related to perimenopausal and menopausal changes. She is passionate about empowering women in their 40s and 50s to embrace their unique journey through the menopause transition and navigate it with grace and ease.

When working with middle-aged women, Dr. Oh, ND takes a thorough and comprehensive approach to health assessment and treatment plan in order to individualize the patient care and prevent menopause and/or aging related chronic conditions for the future.

She holds an additional license to prescribe bio-identical hormones for peri/post-menopausal concerns and intramuscular injections for certain nutrient deficiencies. She is certified in bio-therapeutic drainage therapy, HeartMath interventions, Buteyko breathing retraining method, therapeutic acupuncture, yoga and Tai-Chi. She also has extensive experience in teaching mindfulness and zen meditation which she incorporates into helping her patients deal with stress and build resilience through the menopausal transition.

She is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths in Ontario and is an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

When she’s not in the clinic, she spends time with her husband and two kids who make sure to keep her active and playful with fun activities.
