Hi, I’m Robin.
I’m a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for helping women reclaim their health, especially when it comes to thyroid, hormone, and menopause concerns. My focus is on restoring energy, balancing hormones, improving sleep, and reducing stress so you can feel like yourself again.
My own journey began with more than a decade of living with an undiagnosed thyroid condition. Finally receiving a diagnosis was life-changing—it validated my symptoms, gave me answers I had long been seeking, and offered hope that I could feel vibrant again. Desiccated thyroid medication helped me out of depletion, but it wasn’t the whole story. True healing came when I addressed the root causes and rebuilt my health—restoring my energy, mood, metabolism, hair, cycles, and overall vitality.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding thyroid health and the many ways it impacts women’s bodies. Through naturopathic medicine, advanced lab testing, natural desiccated thyroid (NDT), and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT), I help women take ownership of their health and find sustainable solutions that go far beyond symptom management.
The current standard of care often leaves thyroid patients without answers or options. Too many are told their labs are “normal” while they continue to struggle with fatigue, weight changes, and hormonal symptoms. My mission is to change that.
