I’m a naturopathic doctor who helps busy women balance their hormones, boost their energy, and feel like themselves again—without giving up coffee, carbs, or fun.
My virtual practice is based in Ontario, and I work with women dealing with PMS, burnout, PCOS, irregular cycles, fertility challenges, and that general “something feels off” vibe. I take an evidence-based but down-to-earth approach using lab testing, nutrition, supplements, and realistic lifestyle shifts that actually fit into real life (yes, even with kids, work, and zero free time).
I’m all about small wins, simple strategies, and supporting women in taking control of their health in a way that feels empowering—not overwhelming.
When I’m not seeing patients, you’ll find me on a walk, lifting something heavy, or trying to drink my coffee before it gets cold.
