Hi I’m Dr. Reecha Panchal, Naturopathic Doctor. I’m a health advocate with a special interest in gut health and period problems. These days, I am focused on supporting patients with constipation, painful periods, and pregnancy care. I have extensive training in managing patients with PCOS. I was born in Brampton, completed my undergrad in Windsor and studied Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I want to help you feel confident, empowered, knowledgeable and heard. I’m passionate about helping people find out their “why” and getting results they need by asking the hard questions. I’m here to educate and motivate you on your path to achieving your goals.
