Dr. Tracy Pan, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor, certified by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She supports youth, individuals and families, work through everyday concerns such as school or work stress, anxiety, depression, sibling rivalry, family dynamics, as well as digestive concerns, immune system support, skin concerns and more.

Her one on one treatment sessions include holistic counselling, mindful breathing strategies and energetic pulse testing of supplements, to optimize one’s own body to heal itself.

Dr. Tracy is especially passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety and depression and provides positive mental wellness strategies, intuitive spiritual/life guidance and energy healing when appropriate.

Dr. Tracy practises a mind-body approach to healing. Through the feel of her own pulse, she can understand what works and doesn't work well for your body and is able to access what your body wants you to know.

The treatment is performed in a very relaxed setting. Utilizing this method, Dr. Tracy can determine which foods and/or supplements will be the most effective for you, as well as what foods you should reduce or avoid.

Visits will also include some form of counselling. Dr. Tracy has been further trained in Holistic Counselling, a form of counselling that considers our past and how it affects our physical bodies. In this approach, Dr. Tracy  is trained to observe the dialogue and body cues that come with sharing one's story. This experience is helpful to uncover repetitive themes or patterns and provide an opportunity to identify and release them.

By uncovering and re-framing old thought patterns and beliefs, plus supporting the body physically in the correct way, one can achieve true healing.

This mind-body approach to healing is helpful to address the following concerns; Anxiety and Depression, Auto-immunity, Diabetes, Obesity, Hormonal Imbalances, Multiple Sclerosis, ADD/ADHD, Autism, Speech and Motor Delay, Night terrors, skin concerns and more.
